Town Services

Board of Selectmen- The Selectmen are the Chief Elected Officials and Executive Officers of the Town.  The Board consists of three residents who are elected to three-year terms on a community-wide basis.  At the beginning of their meetings, they hold a “Citizen’s Speak,” allowing any Milton resident to address them, for up to 3 minutes, on any issue of concern.  To find out how to contact them, or when their meetings are scheduled, contact 617-898-4846 or http://www.townofmilton.org/Public_Documents/MiltonMA_BComm/selectmen

Voter Information and Civic Involvement

Town Moderator- Mr. Brian Walsh serves as Town Moderator.  He oversees Town Meeting, the town’s “legislature” where many important local decisions are made. (To learn how to become a Town Meeting Member, contact Mr. Walsh or the League of Women Voters.)
